Both Casper and his uncles, The Ghostly Trio are in big trouble with Kibosh, ruler of all ghosts! Casper did not meet his scaring quota for the year and The Ghostly Trio did some illegal scaring. Now they have all been banished to Kriss, Massachusetts where Casper must deliberately scare at least one person and The Ghostly Trio must withhold from scaring altogether. Should they not accomplish these tasks they will be banished forever from Ghostdom. As usual kind-hearted Casper has a ghostly time trying to scare anyone, so The Ghostly Trio secretly hires Spooky, Casper's look-a-like cousin, to do the job - with hilarious results!
